Feral Bureau of Indiana, Inc. (FBI) is an Indiana-based non-profit [501(c)(3) pending] organization created in 2007 by a group of like-minded citizens, including 2 of the original founders of IndyFeral Inc. who were seeking to continue their quest for excellence and innovation in providing care for unowned, free-roaming cats.

Feral Bureau of Indiana, Inc (FBI) believes that all cats --with or without human
guardians-- deserve the same degree of respect, regard and protection as any
living creature and that we must lead by example and give homeless cats the best care possible;

That far too many animals suffer needlessly, and much of this suffering would be avoided by ensuring pets are spayed/neutered;

That we, as a society, cannot tolerate the behaviors of thoughtless and ignorant people who worsen the free-roaming cat problem by allowing animals to wander freely and releasing unwanted cats;

That Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) is a key part of the humane reduction of the free-roaming cat population.
