Feral Bureau of Indiana, Inc. (FBI) is an Indiana-based non-profit organization created in 2007 by a group of like-minded citizens, including 2 of the original founders of IndyFeral Inc. who were seeking to continue their quest for excellence and innovation in providing care for unowned, free-roaming cats.
